Collection and storage of personal data, as well as the type and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website When you access our website www.globalmed.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatically deleted:

IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which access was made (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider. b) Contact via email
Contact is possible via the email addresses provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. No data will be passed on to third parties in this context. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis for processing the data, if the user has given their consent, is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted when sending an email is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. This also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. c) Contacting us regarding a job application Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of processing the application process. If your application results in the conclusion of an employment contract, your submitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purposes of normal organizational and administrative processes, in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of prospective applicants. Disclosure of data Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details.

    Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller. 
    Pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke your previously granted consent at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future. 
    Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or work.
